Obituary of Raymond Fierro

Raymond Paul Fierro, 77, of Grapevine, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024. Known for his gentle heart and compassionate nature, Raymond will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Raymond was born on November 14, 1946, in Marathon, Texas to Pablo and Mauricia Fierro. 

For 23 years, Raymond dedicated himself to a career with the Southern Pacific Railroad and Amtrak, where his hard work and dedication left a lasting impact on his colleagues and friends.

May he rest in peace, forever remembered for his warmth and kindness.

Raymond is survived by his sisters, Mary Kay Romero and Florencia Garcia; his son, Dominic Fierro, and his wife, Pearl Fierro; his daughter, Farrah Agado, and her husband, Omar Agado. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Raquel Finch, Alexis Fierro, Sophia Fierro, and Aami Agado; as well as his three great-grandchildren, Raiden Finch, Theodora Finch, and Bishop Finch. Raymond was previously married to Grace Fierro, who shared many years with him in life. He is preceded in death by his beloved sons, Benny Ray Fierro and Rodolfo Fierro.

A memorial service celebrating Raymond's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Fellowship of the Park, located at 1901 Hall Johnson Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, a cause close to Raymond’s heart.
